  • Each Pet Spa-cation package reservation is entitled to one set of Addiction Pets Foods welcome pack; any additional set is chargeable.
  • Items in the welcome pack are subject to availability. Should any items be unavailable, a replacement item of an equivalent value will be offered.
  • Addiction Pet Foods welcome pack is available for dogs and cats only.
  • The Ayurveda Pet Spa session is only available for dogs and cats, and has a duration of about 1.5 hours.
  • An advanced booking of 48 hours with our Culturist is required for the fur kid spa session at Petpawroni and the 90-minute body massage treatments for two persons at Auriga Spa. Reservations are subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • No swapping or upgrading of treatments is allowed in this package.
  • Additional grooming treatments for pets beyond this package are chargeable. Guest are to make payment directly to Petpawroni.
  • A maximum pet weight of 15 kg is allowed for each stay.
  • Pets are not allowed to visit public facilities such as The Living Room, pools, spa and indoor seating areas of dining establishments within the hotel.
  • The couple’s massage room at Auriga Spa is subject to availability.
  • Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation and cannot be cancelled and is non-amendable and non-refundable.
