This policy applies to all items purchased from Chicken Pie Pte. Ltd. trading as Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab, for both in-store and online purchases.

Please note that they do not accept returns or exchanges for matters not relating to preparation issues or quality control. They do provide exchanges or refunds should there be their fault determined after the investigation of the preparation process.

As most of their items are perishable food items prepared freshly, they require that their customers contact them within the first 2 hours of receiving or collecting their orders.

Please have your order number, receipt, or order confirmation e-mail ready and tell them about the issue you’re experiencing. They will also require photos of the item(s) affected for them to better assess the situation.
