Pet Policy:

  • We love our four-legged guests as much as our two-legged ones. To keep tails wagging (and neighbors happy), please note:
    • Leash & Supervision: Dogs must be on a leash in all public areas and may not be left unattended anywhere in the hotel, including the suite.
    • Where They’re Welcome: Pups are invited to join at Café Standard’s outdoor seating and The Garden. Sorry, NO dogs at Kaya at The Standard (indoor/outdoor), Café Standard indoors, or The Pool.
    • Housekeeping: For everyone’s comfort, housekeeping can only service your suite when your dog is not present. Please contact us to schedule.
    • Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Poop bags are provided in The Garden; pet waste must be disposed of properly. 
    • Noise & Behavior: Please ensure your pet doesn’t disturb other guests. Courtesy calls may be made in case of excessive noise. Repeated disturbances may result in early checkout without refund.
    • Fees & Damage: Pet fee covers standard cleaning. Additional cleaning or repair charges starting from S$150 may apply if required.
    • Liability: Guests are responsible for the actions, safety, and wellbeing of their pets at all times, including any damage or injury caused.
Term and Conditions:
  • Applicable for Studio Suite Pool View and Suite Spot only; limited in inventory and subject to availability. 
  • Maximum of two vaccinated small-to-medium dogs per suite, combined weight up to 25kg. 
  • Welcome perks subject to availability.  
  • Guests must confirm the number and weight of their dogs at the time of booking. Limitations may apply. 
  • Dogs must be leashed throughout the hotel, except inside your suite. 
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; poop bags are provided in The Garden, and waste must be disposed of properly. 
  • Package cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
