Pet Policy:

• A maximum of two fully vaccinated pets, with a combined weight of up to 34 kg, per room.
• The policy allows both cats and dogs to stay with us. A consent form must be signed for your pet to accompany you in your room.
• Pets are allowed on a short leash while walking from the lift corridors to your room. In other public areas, they should be in a pet cart or carrying case. Although pets aren’t allowed in dining outlets or by the pool, they are welcome at Mercatino’s outdoor seating, as long as they remain on a leash.
• Please refrain from leaving pets unattended in your guest room. If you really need to step away, kindly leave your mobile number with our Concierge for any necessary contact.

Term and Conditions:

• No substitutions or additional complimentary amenities will be provided; however additional amenities may be available for purchase to guests.
• Dining Credit of SG$80 is per room, per stay. Credit will be applied to the guest folio at checkout. Credit may be applied toward In-Room Dining, or restaurants managed by the hotel.
